Almost 10 Years of Flavor

Founded by Charlotte Temesgan/Culinary Artist

From scrubs to aprens, cooking has always been my passion for it's who I am. What started as a lifelong love in the kitchen turned into a dream that never faded, only evolved.

As the former owner of a 5-Star island experience, Table Spice, I've been blessed to grow and refine my craft under the inspiration of Master Chef Ernest Ramirez and Master Chef Ras Nolawi Temesgan who have been incredible influences that has helped shape my journey over many years.

Today, I bring you something bold and unforgettable: Kosher Fusion Tacos where culture, creativity and flavor collide. Every taco is crafted with intention, bursting with flavor and presented with beauty.
